• Graduation rate —the percentage of students who were reported to have exited the programs.
• Employment rate of program completers – the percentage of program completers who earned positive reported earnings in the three months’ period when they completed the program or in the following six months. Completers are those who were reported to have exited the programs.
• Employment retention rate—the percentage of program completers who (1) earned positive reported earnings in the three months’ period when they completed the program or in the following six months, and (2) in the tenth to twelfth months after the quarter (or three months’ period) when they first earned reported positive earnings. Completers are those who were reported to have exited the programs.
• Average annual earnings —the median value of a specified group of completers’ total earnings from the first four consecutive earning quarters. An earning quarter is a quarter in which an employee is reported with positive earnings. A year has four quarters: the first quarter includes January through March; the second quarter includes April through June; the third quarter includes July through September, and the last quarter includes October through December. Completers are those who were reported to have exited the programs.
